The aim is to produce 100+ tiles a day to meet the demand for sturdy, long lasting roofing to withstand the weather (rainy season with frequent cyclones) clean, rust free roofing to facilitate a rain water collection system to provide drinking water to the house.
To provide employment, particulary in the rural areas:-
6-8 villagers in the tile production factory
additional work for tile sellers
and for roofers
Profits from the business are put into 3 areas.
1. Missionary Support
2. Social Projects in the YWAM Base and Village (Schools, Clinics, Food for School Children/Teachers/Base Workers, Growing Medicinal plants)
3. New Business Fund
