Like most websites where you have to login to access different features of the site we use Cookies. 

If you are prompted to accept a cookie from the website accept it. 

If you are not prompted you need to change your Internet Explorer privacy settings.  Different versions of Internet Explorer have slightly different options.

Under Tools Menu, select Internet Options.
Select the Privacy Tab.

If there is a Sites Button Click and add website address http://WWW.TBNetworkPortal.org and press allow.
This will add the TBN Portal to the list of sites you will accept cookies from without affecting any other sites.
