Its a good idea, but we are a bit limited by what the underlying Portal software has in it, and it doesn't have a Skype field. We will bear this in mind though.

The bigger question is do people want to give out their conatct details? I think Skype is most likely safest as I run my Skype account such that people have to ask to see my details and I can decide on whether I want to do that or not.

Any thoughts anyone else??

I think the main reason why we haven't got the Skype address and photos on the contact details is that at the moment only YOU can see YOUR contact details. The only information that is shared with others is your email and name. Your email is hidden so others can send you an email through the portal without seeing your email.

On that subject, when you do click someones name to send them feedback, the first two fields in the form that opens are labelled "Email:" and "Name:" - and stupidly I thought they meant the email and name of the person I was trying to contact, which of course I did not know. Is there any way to relabel them to make it more clear that it is "Your/senders email address" and "Your/senders name"? It might prevent initial confusion/hesitation/procrastination in idiots like me.

Hi Mike,

When you are logged in it fills in these fields with your details. That makes it much more obvious what the fields are. I think that will be OK for more folk.
